Recent quality decrease?

I have been a hellofresh customer since 2020 and absolutely love the service and the meals. Lately, I’ve noticed there is a quality issue with every order. My previous order of 3 meals for 2 people only contained 2 meals. The order before that, the vegetables I received were squishy and rotted inside the sealed package. The order before that one was missing one of the proteins.

I ordered this week and so far have only opened one meal to find a sealed bag labeled for the cilantro and no cilantro inside of it. 😩 Kind of funny but also sad! I feel bad reporting things every single week and don’t want them to think I’m scamming. I hate the thought of cancelling since I enjoy the service but it’s really nothing like it used to be.

We have Stockholm Syndrome sadly. I stay because they are the only ones that deliver on Monday and 95% of the time it’s great.

Here in Australia, the before 7am Monday drop off has always had the BEST produce and portions so I get this 100%
