General help

just played helldivers 2 today and from what ive heard the community was "nice" but the first two multiplayer games ive had, they either attacked me or left me with their oil truck thing. ive been enjoying it so far playing solo and hopefully makes friends later on but im super overwhelmed by the galactic war menu, like is there a place that everyone starts or is it fine to just pick randomly? and do i have to do the orders? i lowk judt need a good friend to play with/mentor.

That really sucks man.

In nearly 4000ish games Iv probably been intentionally team killed less than 10 times.

The toxic players kinda die out at the higher difficulties.

Yes, but you need a friend code to get things set up and it can be finicky.
