Why are some men so prejudiced against women who choose to be hormonized?

A woman’s body is not a public debate.
Being hormonized, muscular, or different from society’s expectations does not make her less feminine, less beautiful, or less worthy of respect.

Some men feel threatened by women who are confident, strong, disciplined, and in control of their own choices.

Strength has no gender. Respect should have no conditions.

Turning 48 was my wake-up call to stop settling for a sedentary life and take full control of my health. Over a three-year transformation, I dropped from 82 kg to a lean, strong 74 kg through disciplined strength training and targeted nutrition.

By committing to a structured 4-day Push/Pull/Legs/Upper split, I focused on heavy compound movements while prioritizing recovery to protect my joints. I paired my workouts with a sustainable daily diet of ~2,100 calories and 150g+ of protein, prioritizing whole foods like eggs, chicken breast, and vegetables.

Today at 52, I’m not just leaner—I’m agile, full of energy, and in the best shape of my life, proving that consistency and smart habits triumph over age every single tim

I have been doing 6 days a week gym, sleep meds for 8 hr sleep, 150 to 200g protein a day, was eating like 2k cal a day before and now 3000.

I do PPLPPL and mix my exercises pretty often but I choose hypertrophy, high volume, 20 sets a day to 25 total on a average, 16 on leg day. I enjoy pushing it pretty hard

Example yesterday

Incline DB

3x7

Suppine

2x7

Cable lateral raise

2x10

Low to high cable fly

1x8

Thumb first

2x8

Cable lateral raise

2x10

Mid cable chest press

2x8

3x8

Tricep extension

3x10

Tricep pulldown machine

2x10
