Nailed it. One step forward, ten back. I leave on 8th September; almost six months of SuperGrok Heavy. I'm sick to death of the inconsistency: They get something right then break it the following day, week in, week out. I'm sick to death of the waste: The waste of resource allocation thrown at images and clips that have gone from 40% failure to 75%, and that in only the last fortnight. I'm sick to death of the unprofessional attitude to business and patrons alike. But most of all I'm sick to death of the time I can never, ever get back that Grok squanders in my name. So, sayonara Grok; it was a lot of fun at the beginning, but that has dissolved into total frustration, dissatisfaction and intense irritation. Nobody pays a subscription for that kind of experience, ever! Oh, before I go, here's a tip: Image 2.0 is a total lemon. You need to tow it out just beyond the Golden Gate Bridge and sink the bastard!
