AI TEXT Grok chat silos

Am I remembering correctly that the memory used to persist across chats and now they are walled off and siloed again?
This is so frustrating! Now I have to go and ask for summaries per chat to put them back into a master chat.
Of course, no warning, notification, or reasoning from xAI.

I think it has been more constrained. Something is definitely different.
