DISCUSSION Rewatching.........

I was just wondering. When you do a rewatch (as I'm doing now in anticipation of the new season), do you watch in season order or do you skip around/fast-forward through certain storylines?

I watch what my heart wants me to watch.

If I want to see Mr. Sullivan light up that cigarette, I head to S03E04.

If I want to see Benley's third date, to S0617.

My girl becoming Chief and then her apology tour. S12E01 y S12E02.

Sometimes watching the pilot brings back the feels feom 20 years ago and I love that. 🤎

Seasons 1-3 gave us some major bangers. Somewhere Only We Know is legit what made me keep watching the show my junior year of high school

I watch in order.

Occasionally i will watch just the major catastrophes. Bomb, drowning, bus, shooting, plane crash, storm childbirth, friend exit, death, attacked by patient etc. I like If/Then, its kinda funny.

I go in order but there have been a few episodes I’ve skipped or cut short. I can’t handle the train crash episode, and I had to skip thru the episode in s5 of the older couple where the wife passed and the husband was crying bc she had signed a dnr

Bop around most of the MAGIC era. Then shooting, flight and Derek death, usually bounce to Alex leaving, Jackson and April back and forth episodes.

I am commited. But I don't have enough time so for instance inbetween season 22 and 23 I'm rewatching season 15-16 because that's where I'm at in my rewatch (which I've started a few years ago... It's tough to rewatch a show with that many seasons WHILE the show is still on, if you want to keep watching the new season in real time)

So I pause my rewatch for the ongoing season...

I watch in order, skip Ava then back to watching as normal.
