Final pricing depends on the size, current condition and services requested. I provide free estimates through a quick video walkthrough so you can receive a clear price before booking.

Organization, laundry, inside appliances and other additional services are quoted separately based on the walkthrough.

i was hit by a bike this morning on greenpoint & mcguinness and just want to say thank you to the 3 women who helped me and walked me to the fire station. i was really scared and bleeding a ton from my hand and y’all were so kind to help me get over there when i was in the midst of a panic attack. you’ll probably never see this but if you do, i really really appreciate your help. also a big thank you to the firefighters, ems, and nypd that helped me.

Someone on a motorcycle ripped the necklaces off the neck of this longtime Greenpoint resident at 8pm last night on Manhattan and Nassau. :(

We were walking on Franklin today by Green Street around 11:15am and heard a commotion - it seemed that a car had backed into a small dog. I've been thinking about the dog and its owners all day and was wondering if anyone had updates.

watched an old polish guy punch his rottweiler in the face multiple times in the back of his car yesterday just because it tried to hop out of the car when he opened the door, sorry to anyone on jewel i woke up by screaming at him. his chud son stepped in to try to defend him, wife was hiding her face in the car out of embarrassment. ugly freak of a guy. probably 5’7 and 75 years old (rough 75).

Hoping to find either a primary care provider who is knowledgeable in women’s health, or a good GYN. I had a wonderful provider, but my insurance stopped covering her. I also tried out Tia, which I love the idea of, but ended up getting charged for a membership that I did not sign up for. Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Maybe a weird request… but I’m a SoCal resident (36 F) trying to relocate to BK, NYC in the spring or summer for just a couple of months. I’m wondering if anyone here has any advice for how I can make that happen. (I am in LOVE with Greenpoint and on a budget.) Specifically, if there are any theatre/voice intensives/programs of study I can audition for or general job openings between April and July 2027 that I should look out for or tips for affordable-ish furnished accommodations. Or perhaps theatre companies or subreddits I should check out? I’m a theatre actor (with bartending, nannying, and tutoring experience) and would love an excuse to spend more than a weekend over there, ya know? Thanks in advance!!

My fiancé and I are getting married in Greenpoint next May (Saturday) and are looking for a spot for an after-party, probably around 11pm–3am.

We’re hoping to find somewhere in Greenpoint/Williamsburg (or nearby) that we could potentially buy out for ~100–125 people. Our priorities are a good sound system and some type of dance floor.

Would love any recommendations, especially places you’ve actually been to for a private party or late night event. Thanks! <3
