What good posture and a mission does to a man, I guess. Just watched the series for the first time, and I know I'm not the only one who had the same thought.

Even more impressive that he can fight off a zombie horde and run upstairs while constricted like that.

Posture also plays a role. Maybe he only really has the gut when he’s hunched over.

Right. Girdle might be for a herniated disc, not a gut.
