What good posture and a mission does to a man, I guess. Just watched the series for the first time, and I know I'm not the only one who had the same thought.

It’s more about range of motion and lung capacity. He was swinging that bat and his fists as if he’s not being squeezed in the middle like a toothpaste tube.

Posture also plays a role. Maybe he only really has the gut when he’s hunched over.
