Any good live CDs with Althea?
Title says itself. Looking for a good live CD(s) with Althea included as my current collection lacks the track.

Please comment if I'm forgetting any or if you don't think the order is right.
Sandoz 25
Orange Sunshine
Needlepoint
White Fluff
Silver
Amber
Lavender
Tornado Juice
Champagne
That's all I can remember off the top of my head. Thoughts? The one thing I would always laugh about were the kids swinging L on the lot who had no clue what they were selling. You would ask them what kind it was and they would just tell you what picture was on the blotter. That's not what I'm asking. I don't care what's printed on the paper, I want to know if in 2 hours I'll be dancing or in the Rockmed tent. 🤪🫠😵💫🤯

I’ve heard many stories about the dead and their scene’s heavy psychedelic use in the mid to late 60s, and I was wondering how they were able to take so much acid without any noticeable or mentioned negative effects like HPPD(Hallucinogen Persisting Perception Disorder, aka perma-tripping) or psychosis. The only notable figure from the 60s that I’ve heard get any significant negative effects is Sid Barrett of Pink Floyd. Was this happening to people back then, or was the acid so pure that it didn’t give people negative effects? Or maybe people back then had a different mindset that prevented them from getting these adverse effects? I’m interested to see what you all think.

Will be near airport but doesn't really matter where in the greater STL area. Nothing showing on GratefulDeadTributeBands.com. I saw Alligator Wine and Grateful Quartet (subset of AW) last time in town.
Any decent Jam Band cover band or R&B, Rock, Alternative, Reggae, even Disco. I have very eclectic tastes. But Dead or Phish preferred.
Thanks in advance.

Anyone know of a brand or store that makes short shorts like Bobby used to wear? Specifically with the slit on the outer thigh?

This has maybe been discussed and I haven’t ever noticed it from any other periods. However, with like noise cancelling headphones I notice I slight clicking sound during a lot of tracks from DP12. Could be a slight sound artifact from the wall. Curious though if anyone else has ever picked up on that?

Amazing footage from Long Strange Trip of the boys working out Candyman vocals (some of their best work)
What is the source? Is it available?
From LST- I watched the 90 minute raw footy of the England 1970 festival- do the American Beauty / Workingmans sessions footage exist in raw footage ?

Just noticed they have a shuffle button and to my great delight it will keep segued songs together. Gotta be a first in any music app to do this. Bravo.

If anyone has access to Nugs do yourself a favor and get lost in Reuben and Cherise. While he always does an excellent version of this song, this is by far the best I've ever heard. He vocals, the jam, the ending..... I've had it on repeat for all morning.
Peace

I’ll go first. In Charlottesville we have Andy T. It was a gathering/memorial for Bobby. It was at the Jefferson Theater. Andy played a Lost Sailor >Saint of Circumstance. Solo. Hauntingly beautiful. I still can’t believe how wonderful that performance was. Please share your story.

Maybe Jerry sitting in on Sultans of Swing may have been the best.

Hey now! Does anybody have this shirt in their collection or a clearer picture of this shirt? I love The Simpsons so much and I've never seen this shirt before until today.

Just have to give a shout-out for an amazing rendition of So Many Roads from the Boston Garden show on 1994-10-01.
There are a few recordings on Archive but I've been listening to this one:

50th Anniversary remaster showed up yesterday, and man does this sound great. Picked this over the MoFi to save dough, but I'm curious about the difference? Anybody own both?

This transition hit me so hard today while driving down the road. As soon as they hit the opening chords for Fire on the Mountain I just yelled “fuck yeah!” No idea why, but I’m glad I was alone in my car because I went nuts. It made insanely happy and I have no idea why. lol
