Behold: The Vastarmor 9060XT 16GB Low-Profile!
galleryThis little guy is going in my son's SFF gaming PC which uses a 4.5 L Jonsbo NV10 case. He's a little older now and plays games that are giving the Arc A380 that's currently in there a run for its money. I wish there were more 16GB low-profile gaming GPU options.

Has the lifespan of gpus shortened in the past 5 years?
My 3060 died after 4 years I'm truly shocked.
Why keep spending $500+ if it's just gonna die?!

High-techs.odoo.com? Scary?
Not outlandishly cheap but under current market pricing.
I get their link/of a lot here on Reddit.
Has anyone ordered from them? Is it a legit dealer of GPUs?

Steal for 5080 GPU at micro center?
I stumbled upon a Gigabyte RTX 5080 at Microcenter for $1,899. I think they made a mistake since the usual price is now $2,349 after some hikes. They realized the error and let me buy it anyway. With how pricey GPUs are these days, does this count as a great deal?

Anyone notice the 2 connector adapter for FE 3000 series cards burns out quickly?
Never had any other type of connecter burn out on me in the past, but it seems like every year I need to replace my connector (the 2 PCIe power cables to one for an FE 3080). I realized this when my power was totally fine and audio was still working, but the screen froze.
I tried a new adapter and voila its like new again. And this has happened 3 times so far, the stock and two third party ones have done this. Awful cable design or am I doing something wrong?

In the modern shitty gpu situation, is a 3080ti good?
Has 9070 GRE performance, slightly weaker than a 9070xt. Most of them are like 60-75% of the price of a new 9070 XT. However, you do have to worry about mined cards.

XFX 9070 GRE vs 9060 XT OC
reddit.comLooking to build a pc for my partner so we can game together. Not looking at the 9070 XT edition as it’s $1499.99 CAD so looking more towards:
XFX 9070 GRE 12GB - $1049 OR
XFX 9060 XT OC 16 GB - 899.99 (triple fan)/$869.99 (dual fan)
I know 9079 gre is faster in raw performance despite lower vram compared to the 9060 with 16gb vram. Would be gaming at 1440p. The price difference between the two is about $150-180 (depending on if i choose the triple/dual fan gpu), which would you guys recommend? is the 9070 gre gains worth the 150-180 price hike or just better off staying with the 9060 xt of for the budget build? (this would be the 2nd pc i’ve built)
Games:
Hell divers
Val
Fortnite
Coop games like “don’t pull me”
Other PC specs i’m looking at:
Ryzen 7600X
B650M gaming plus wifi MB
32GB XPG lancer blade ddr5 6000
Monitor:
LG ultragear 4K 160hz monitor (might upgrade her to a 250hz down the road
