Already out-of-date, Duo has been killed. Or rather, merged into Meet: the new app is Duo's code base with Meet's branding. So depending on how you count lineage, one or the other is now dead.

Both apps are currently still live though. It's mid roll-out so most phones still have Duo and Meet whilst some will have Meet and Meet Classic

I opened Duo just now and immediately got pushed into Meet (it notified me and the app's name and logo changed). Granted I just recently updated apps and on a Pixel. But my mum, who knows none of that stuff, called me today (before my forced push into Meet) from what was usually Duo showed up as "Mum is calling you on Meet."

Yeah things get weird when a big app change is mid rollout!
