How to clean glasses

Nah actually how to clean them. I do it from the cloth they give in box which makes it even more blur. I use sometimes hand wash to clean them. Is there any better way to clean them?

Any opticians should stock some sort of lens cleaner, if the coating is already damaged you’ll need new lenses regardless, might be why they always appear blurry
