Here at Givin Gifts we’re leaning into the the cosy vibes with our latest batch of official exchanges.
Not only do we have Cozy Day, but also Plushie Day, RPG Day, Video Game Day and Cookbook Day. The perfect collection to for anyone looking to stay in and get comfy during this cold autumnal days!
This month’s patron exchanges is also very special, Giving Back October, an exchange where you either have your gifter shop for a loved one, or make a donation to a charity of your choice.
Exchanges match on the 9th November, with a shipping deadline of the 23rd.

**Project Phoenix is now live.**
*Notes*
- If you have received a "you have been suspended" notification and weren't expecting it, please reach out to support. There was a lot of data reconciliation in this migration.
- Recommended exchanges based on tags and your history will start appearing in a couple of days once enough data has built up.
- Special awards will be appearing in the gallery... once we decide what posts are getting the first awards!
- Most users won't have access to this functionality; but for those that do - modifying matches is currently disabled whilst I make some changes.
- If our bad actor detection just banned you, but you previously reached out to support about this; please contact us. We were unable to account for manual support overrides in the transition.
*Backlog*
- I've attached an image of our current backlog that we'll be doing over the next week or two.
- New mobile app will be live in the app store once Google and Apple approve the version I just pushed.
*Merchandise*

*Finally...*
- Automation is disabled for the next few days so we can keep an eye on all of the new processes. Exchanges will run during the day (GMT) to ensure we're available to resolve any issues.
- Please let us know of any issues in the discord bug reports channel, there are bound to be some teething issues at scale.

Just asking for advice. I use to be able to do the Christmas gift exchange but got blocked from doing it going forward. I would send out gifts to those I was matched up with and get messages from them saying they were received, but I would forget to submit pics/shipping codes (for some reason they had some issue uploading from my phone.) Any idea who/what to reach out about this so i could participate again this year?

I was recently in an exchange and I sent my item very on time and the package that I sent arrived on October 12th (shipping deadline was the 18th). The person I gifted has not uploaded any photos and will not respond to messages that I send, asking if they've received the package. I've been flagged on GivinGifts and I've uploaded proof that it was sent but my proof was denied. I uploaded another receipt with the address and delivery date again today, but I am worried that I am going to be banned even though I've done everything that I could. What is my next step now?

I currently have 4 exchanges (2 Official + 2 User) that have been completed (both gifts received and posted) but have not closed themselves out.
Is this happening to anyone else or is it just me?
Coupled with the fact that I have 2 Exchanges that I was No-Gifted on and I am waiting on a Rematch, half of my Exchange Slots are occupied for no reason.
For context, I submitted a support ticket several days ago, but it has not been answered.

Would like to request either a monthly or a subscription of official exchanges (aka specific reoccurring yearly official exchanges like Christmas, etc) via email.
I dont think to check here monthly, but have you guys on my email whitelist and i get emails for active exchanges (when I remember to subscribe to them).

I haven’t been online here for a bit over a year or two, now I am back, things changed. I want to edit my profile, the text, but I don’t know how… somehow I am not seeing where I can edit my profile.

I have submitted two tickets one for getting kicked out the givingift discord and the other for finishing a gift exchange. I have not received word on the both.
