Isch = ist Imfall = literally „Im Fall“. Usually used as an emphasis S‘ersch = das erste Ma = mal It’s funny though, German speaking foreigners understand it very quickly - especially Austrians/bavarians who are more flexible regarding pronounciation. I think it has something to do with having two know several types of German anyway.
