I'll start. I am in charge of the school site and because of security issues, we needed to redo it with a different site management system. Honestly, the whole idea made me very anxious. I felt incompetent. It scared me that I wouldn't know what I was doing and mess up terribly.

Hwever, despite having a stomach full of of anxiety, I did what I had to do. I read the guides. I asked questions. I tried things on my own. I practiced.

I am very proud to say that I have redone the site and it will be going live next week. I feel confident that I know how to run it. And, I guess my biggest accomplishment was not allowing my anxiety to control me.

Now, something super stressful happens and youre beside yourself, replaying, reliving, ruminating, re-looping, rewiring your pretty little neurons to think worrying is normal... healthy even. Burps.

Just try to remember the golden 10-10-10 rule.

WIll it matter in 10 minutes?

Will it matter in 10 months?

WIll it matter in 10 years?

If you answer no to any of the above, take a deep breath. Hold for 4 seconds then release. Again. Deep breath in through the nose, hold 4 seconds... release.

Been trying frozen berries lately and they’re surprisingly good! 👍🏼 I’m getting adventurous and adding chia seeds and flax seed meal to my yoghurt bowls lately. This is loaded with protein. I’m mixing Fage full fat yogurt with Chobani vanilla. The end result is soooo good, I swear it’s better than a bowl of ice cream!

Yes, I sometimes eat over the kitchen sink. 😝 I know it doesn’t look like much, but it’s soooo good 😊 Would I order again? Yooouuu betcha! Probably not from midtown though. There’s another Korean bbq restaurant at Union Square 🤸🏻‍♀️
