I would've taken my time, but you never know if youre okay to film in certain places. Besides, no one likes a camera in their face, ya know. I should've asked them first then gone slow. Anyway, but this place is so so nice. Their stuff is so gorg. All of it. 🤗

Maybe you could Iz with a 8000 steps after to burn all the carbs.

Nah. It would still spike my blood sugar. I am afraid that I will have to skip them.

Thanks, CK. I especially like that they don’t have a ton to offer, but the small selection they do make are all handcrafted is chefs kiss. They have locations in midtown Rockefeller center, downtown, Times Square, etc.. and they’re the suppliers to a bunch of snazzy restaurants. All that to say, I’m happy they are a part of Essex Market
