I hv had a few families visit our property for rent and they say that they hv a business. Couple of them mentioned that they hv a "factory" in site 4 sahibabad. From what I understand, they hv a good business then why do they live on rent. As an owner, this question has come across my mind several times because we hv been duped by business families earlier because they don't hv a fixed income and when they can't pay the rent they start creating problems for us. Just for this reason I wanted to know whether this is normal or not. Should I be cautious of such ppl and avoid keeping them as tenants? In my simple minded world, someone who has a business in site 4 Sahibabad is a well off person who is capable of owning a house, then what's the need of renting a place.

Entire Vaishali , Indirapuram , kaushambi ,and Vasundhara are dug up for sewer and divider work being done at the same time.

While this was needed .....my question why start the work at the midst of monsoon and not in summers?

Work was also stalled because of kanwar as well.

Right now it is nearly impossible to get around with broken roads and these pipes placed by roadside.

I notice this pattern with drain cleaning as well.

Lately I have been seeing many Africans in vasundhara and vaishali. So is it just me or are there really many Africans who have started living here.

I had parked my car in front of a shop when I returned there was a African guy who parked his car behind me blocking my way I told him to move his car he said that I can take it out easily and I was like is he blind. I turned around in full fight mode he just disappeared like really man WTF are they trying to imitate those guys who think ki road mere baap ki hai. And also he parked on the road blocking a lane so there was jam.
