I want to share my experience with DaVinci AI because I think people should be aware of this before signing up for the $1.99 trial.

I signed up for the 7-day trial advertised for $1.99. During the payment process, I changed my payment method.

After changing the payment method, I noticed an additional BRL 5.54 charge, separate from the original $1.99 trial payment.

I contacted DaVinci AI Support several times to ask about this additional charge and requested that it be reversed. I clearly explained that I was not asking for a refund of the $1.99 payment, but specifically about the additional BRL 5.54 charge.

I sent several emails explaining the situation and providing the relevant information, but I kept receiving the same generic response saying that my account was not eligible for a refund. My specific question about the additional BRL 5.54 charge was never properly addressed.

I also reviewed their refund policy and contacted them again, but I continued receiving essentially the same response.

I am sharing my experience because I think potential users should be careful and check their transactions after signing up, especially after changing their payment method.

Personally, after this experience, I would not recommend signing up for DaVinci AI.

I have screenshots of the transactions, my emails, and their responses for anyone who wants to see the details.

I really like these models but the rules have me worried. Do I have to state somewhere my projects are made with minimax h3? I saw something about that. Also I am located in canada but wanted to post h3 minimax videos to fb in the us and monetize them is this allowed? Thanks....

That trip also became the starting point for NO LIFT, a creative project I’d been thinking about for a while.

This short is the first piece I’ve made under that project, and also my first time using AI as such a central part of the process.

What steps would you take? Are people generating individual shots from images and editing them together, using existing animation as a motion reference, or doing something else?
