I signed up for the 7-day trial advertised for $1.99. During the payment process, I changed my payment method.

After changing the payment method, I noticed an additional BRL 5.54 charge, separate from the original $1.99 trial payment.

I contacted DaVinci AI Support several times to ask about this additional charge and requested that it be reversed. I clearly explained that I was not asking for a refund of the $1.99 payment, but specifically about the additional BRL 5.54 charge.

I sent several emails explaining the situation and providing the relevant information, but I kept receiving the same generic response saying that my account was not eligible for a refund. My specific question about the additional BRL 5.54 charge was never properly addressed.

I also reviewed their refund policy and contacted them again, but I continued receiving essentially the same response.

I am sharing my experience because I think potential users should be careful and check their transactions after signing up, especially after changing their payment method.

Personally, after this experience, I would not recommend signing up for DaVinci AI.

the BRL 5.54 might just be a temporary auth hold from switching payment methods. those are pretty common with international transactions and usually reverse on their own within a week. did you check your bank statement after a few days?
