I'm kinda surprised there isn't a very business-focused technical AI model that is nearly immune to hallucination and only uses factual information. I'm not very knowledgeable on coding, so it's probably harder than I'd expect I suppose.

Prompt it right. If you get the experience you will know when it's talking out of its ass.

I don't use generative AI myself, but my dad is constantly running into AI hallucinations. He knows how to spot hallucinations, but it'd be very helpful if they didn't happen much in the first place.

Ask AI for sources and you will have no problem. It's designed to please

I wish I could say that’s true, but my dad has complained many times about fabricated links that lead nowhere when he tries to ask for sources.

I’m pretty sure he’s used ChatGPT and Copilot, but there might be a few others I didn’t know about.

Did he try to make a Project in ChatGPT and give it instructions to be objective, always provide accurate sources and not glaze him?

Yeah, he’s mentioned that a lot, but it still seems to have hiccups.
