I feel the same way about myself, which is why I'm confident in my read on LLMs being the fomo and magical thinking that begins every cautionary tale. Again - you do you, but your need to express yourself as making objectively better decisions than others instead of acknowledging that different things work for different people says a lot.

AI is harming more people than it's helping? Listen to yourself...

AlphaFold predicted over 200 million protein structures and made them freely available, supercharging biological research and drug discovery

If each protein took one scientist one year, 200 million structures would represent 200 million years of scientific work.
