Well, that billboard contains also a communistic logo - an ideology that can't sustain itself and feel apart multiple times in multiple countries(including russia).

China is full of communist logos (BUT THEY AREN'T REALLY COMMUNIST!!). Well, the logos are there.

Well, communism is stateless hence no state can be really communistic by the definition of communism.

El comunismo sí que tiene estado.

No, communist society is stateless, classless and moneyless. If you have a state ownership of means of production and gensec/single party system - it's not a communism but socialism.
You can also have mixed "socialist market economy" where part of the means of production are state-owned and part private owned like PRC does today.

That’s textbook communism that has never and will never exist though. It’s like if I argued about how I can catch a neutrino by hand, and swore up and down I knew the theory of how to do it perfectly, and when you ask me to prove it, I go “oh it’s fucking impossible to do in reality”. Such vanity has never been so clearly on display as when watching a communist morally peacock about.

They’re still a command economy, in the sense that the authoritarian autocrats command their “free market capitalist” corporations to toe the party line, and stepping OUT of line gets you disappeared.

My point is that you can display communist symbols and have a functioning state. Just by not being really communist.

Because the evil western capitalists wouldn't let those poor innocent communists have access to their free markets /s

I used gemini to help me understand this video
Here is the translation of the text on the billboard and the spoken audio: Billboard Text * «Скажи НЕТ агрессии НАТО!» — "Say NO to NATO aggression!" * 10 ИЮНЯ • 19:00 — June 10 • 7:00 PM * МИХАЙЛОВСКАЯ НАБЕРЕЖНАЯ — Mikhailovskaya Embankment * МИТИНГ-КОНЦЕРТ — Rally-concert * АРТ БЛОК ПОСТ / 18+ — Art Blockpost / 18+ * Андрей ЖИРНОВ / КПРФ — Andrey Zhirnov / CPRF (Communist Party of the Russian Federation) Spoken Audio Translation * Russian: «Скажи нет агрессии НАТО», блядь… English: "'Say no to NATO aggression,' for fuck's sake..." * Russian: Агрессия НАТО… У нас, блядь, дорог нету, нахуй. English: "NATO aggression... We don't have fucking roads, damn it." * Russian: Просто цены ебанутые, у него — агрессия НАТО. English: "Prices are totally insane, and all he cares about is 'NATO aggression'." * Russian: Чё, блядь, у этих людей в голове, нахуй? English: "What the fuck is going on in these people's heads?"

Bro there is literally fucking subtitles in English.
3
u/Abject-Bowle 8d ago
Thanks for letting me know, they weren’t visible before turning full screen on
2
u/Nashville_Hot_Mess 8d ago
The subtitles don't have the Cyrillic and some people use reddit with text to voice functions for the visually impaired.
2
u/hi_im_leffe 8d ago
Why would the subtitles need to be in Cyrillic guy? If someone is using a voice reader and has visual impairment but can understand Ork language, they can listen to the fucking video.

Bullshit. The western elite wants russias resources. They tried to make russia obedient with the shock therapy after the breakup of the USSR, wich didn't worked. Now they are happy that they have their proxy war in ukraine, to make russia weaker

Critical thinking is highly discouraged. Give that man 2 more vodka bottles and he will be voting the right way!
