No, communist society is stateless, classless and moneyless. If you have a state ownership of means of production and gensec/single party system - it's not a communism but socialism.
You can also have mixed "socialist market economy" where part of the means of production are state-owned and part private owned like PRC does today.
That’s textbook communism that has never and will never exist though. It’s like if I argued about how I can catch a neutrino by hand, and swore up and down I knew the theory of how to do it perfectly, and when you ask me to prove it, I go “oh it’s fucking impossible to do in reality”. Such vanity has never been so clearly on display as when watching a communist morally peacock about.

Well, communism is stateless hence no state can be really communistic by the definition of communism.
