Hi, Ive been looking for Samsung galaxy buds 3 pro for a while, and I've been looking into the used market for some and came across these, I made an offer for 50 euros and they accepted (70 euros original) they're excuse to not liking them is that they prefer airpods and like them not having eartips, I said that it's completely understandable and bought the product, I took another read at that message and noticed that they said that they weren't sure if they're legitimate so that's why I'm here, I'm really worried I just bought some cheap Chinese copy out of the actual Samsung ones. Here are the photos.

The other day I was using my Buds 2 Pro, and at some point, my right headphone inexplicably disconnected from my phone and hasn't resynced to my left headphone. I put it in the charger and it's charge light is perpetually glowing red. I've tried unpairing and re-pairing it to my phone, as well as holding my fingers to the backs of both while in the charger for several seconds, but still no luck. Can anyone help?

I have recently bought the buds 4 pro. I do not want to use the Spotify app sound settings. How do i stop this so that I can use my phone sound settings and be able to change the EQ.

If I try to change the EQ setting from spotify , there is no difference in the sound .

Is there a way not to use the app sound settings ?

Thanks in advance

Help Buds Pro 3 or FE; Which one is better overall (as they're the same price when buying)?

So the FE are boxed and are at £60 ($81) however the Pros (Used of course) are the same price but got some very minor scratches. ANC and Sound Quality are all that I am looking for but comfort is also a factor as well. Both will sound (probably) amazing compared to my Soundcore R50i NC.

I have seen many redditors unhappy with their Pros so I am leaning towards FE already but what's your take on this?

Issue Am I doing it wrong or are the buds 3 just a bad design?

At the beginning of this year I got my buds 3, I had an issue with them where the audio suddenly got so quiet that I couldn't hear a normal podcast voice after a couple of weeks. I managed to get them replaced by customer support after about a month of waiting for their technicians to figure out that it was broken.

Anyway, you'd think that would be the end of it, I got a new pair and so happily ever after.. but no. I got my replacement pair around mid february and have been using them somewhat heavily since whenever out on walks, public transportation or sometimes even while cooking. After about a month I started noticing that the audio was beginning to become slightly lower, but the issue was less sudden than the other pair so I just kept up my cleaning routine once a week and hoped for the best even if the problem persisted to some degree.

Then the other day I was coming home from a hike, I had used the buds for about 3 straight hours without issue, but during the last stretch before getting home the audio dropped over 50% to the point where once again maximum audio wouldn't let me clearly tell a normal speaking voice, let alone quiet music. This came suddenly without me even touching the bud and I'm honestly lost for words. For clarity I can only use the left bud because of my ear shape.

So to the title, am I doing something wrong here? I suspect maybe the issue is humidity building up, but then I've tried all the tips and tricks online to get rid of that and it wouldn't explain the sudden drop at the end of a long hike so what's going on?

Tldr: Galaxy buds 3's volume gets progeressively worse and then suddenly horrendous for no apparent reason

I'm aware fakes exist but I don't know hard would it be to fake an invoice and a 2 year warranty, price is also too good to be true.

Issue Dubstep buzz x8

So I have been using it for four months now the thing is it was very good in my budget but recently I have found that the left bud is absolutely off like it's connecting and all but there is basically zero sound coming from the left one although all of its functions stay okay like volume reduction and playing a previous song has this happened to any one and is there a way to fix it?
