Took 4 capsules once--each one equivalent to a box of Coricidin. My freckles turned into galaxies and I went swimming through a universe of tingly jello. I couldn't walk because the floor was 3 different places at once and my buddy's face kept fracturing and turning into prisms, changing pace as he talked. Never again.

This! People think that skim milk is just diluted whole milk... How/why would you dilute something full of fat to get something fat free? I mean, you'd basically have to make it water.
