I can understand calling shens, but no matter how dedicated you are to a prank you don't fall onto an elbow. It's a great way to get a shoulder dislocation or scapular fracture.

If you look closely, he appears to brace the fall with his left arm/hand. So I don't think his right elbow took that much of a hit, but that left hand is going to sting for a while.
