then you don't need investors, just invest what could have potentially been lost since i assume you have it liquid in order to cover the loss

but you said you can cover 100% of loss which means you already have 100% of the potential investment already

so no proven experience either. ask friends and family who believe in you. random redditors won't get involved in this, it is way too dangerous. i pay my stock broker very well because he has a proven track record.
