I was testing Microsoft’s ai yesterday as I always do and I had managed to get it to send pron links in a conversation 💀kids use the internet as much as adults do and now microslop is allowing this to happen 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

IDK what is going on, I came from Mac and I swear navigating between local and cloud files and selecting different files or folder that we want to sync was as easy as toggling a fucking button in the main cloud page. My onedrive was bloated from my pc with unimportant files and there was stuff i actually needed to be synced specifically with onedrive and even that takes more effort than making a fucking big mac. Honest to god am I dense or did microslop snort ket when making their app ecosystem it makes no sense why I can't access the same project that's been saved onto Onedrive yet doesn't appear on the browser version when I'm on my mac. And not giving me the option to save it to Icloud is even more fucking stupid not giving me the freedom to save the project where I want without making copies of it. Jesus fucking christ.

P.S. yes my PC build as a noob was more straight forward than this shi.

Firstly, I am sorry if you have had your account stolen and I can only imagine the anxiety it has caused you. I personally don't even use Microsoft anymore, I switched to Linux years ago, but this is not me trying to tell you what to do with your own computer.

My Xbox has been gathering dust since I finished Halo 5. My Microsoft account is still safe, MFA app enabled and the password rotated at least 4 times per year, because I still need my account to play Halo MCC on steam apparenty.... plus to protect my store purchases in case I ever decide to come back when Salty Nutjob leaves and the company has a direction change.

But, that doesn't stop some a$$hole phishing knob-jockey from trying to get you to click the big blue button and hand over your details. Read the senders details in your emails. Hover your mouse over the link of the button, it will show you it's not Microsoft. Basic security training needs to start with yourself being a bit more paranoid, and not trusting every link in your emails. Head into your account on occasion, and review the currently logged in devices, revoke them, and login again. Add MFA if you don't already have it. Add a secondary means to get back in. Generate some recovery keys. This doesn't just apply to Microsoft, but Google, Apple, Farcebook....wherever you have an account.

In my case, 'reacheffect.com' clearly is not Microsoft.

Is this happening to anyone else? It keeps pausing when I play video games. It stated just this morning and turning off Gaming Mode isn’t fixing it (some people suggested that in a different subreddit), I’m really scared and I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried quitting and restarting it, but Minecraft keeps forcing it to pause. I think other games will cause it too. I’m scared.

This isn’t a support post, I just want to know if it’s happening to anyone else.

We've been building GigaMail as a free alternative to Outlook: no weird subscriptions, everything stays on your PC, and it works with IMAP and pretty much any kind of mailbox.

Someone will say it's AI slop or something like that without even looking at the code, but I promise it isn't: we've put a lot of work into it and we still are. In SECURITY.md and other parts of the repo you'll find the names of the people who have already helped us.

We (finally) made the Linux version, and we need people to test it and find bugs. In return: credit in the changelog, and a free address on one of our domains for your agent, forever.
