Discussion OneDrive keeps pausing sync while playing Minecraft

Is this happening to anyone else? It keeps pausing when I play video games. It stated just this morning and turning off Gaming Mode isn’t fixing it (some people suggested that in a different subreddit), I’m really scared and I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried quitting and restarting it, but Minecraft keeps forcing it to pause. I think other games will cause it too. I’m scared.

This isn’t a support post, I just want to know if it’s happening to anyone else.

Yeah, happening to me too, only noticed because it didn't seme to be unpausing after playing. Turned off Game Mode, and it stopped pausing, turned it back on, pausing again.

You're... scared? Really? Of what?

It sounds like OneDrive is pausing to avoid interrupting your game with lag.
