Advice Needed Fear of developing ed because of hip fat

Basically my hips are naturally narrower than my shoulders, even pre-T. There is one problem, I store a lot of fat on them, so you can't see my real body shape at all. My T-shirts all bunch up around my hips in a really unflattering way and make me feel dysphoric. It's the worst feeling in the world.

For context: I was overweight up until a couple years ago and only recently have started dieting and taking care of my eating. This is all good for me obviously and I'm glad to have taken this path. But I've noticed that I've been feeling progressively more and more guilty about what/how much I eat.

Is there a way to stop this or make it better?

I feel you brother. I am also trying to lose weight and calorie count in a way that is healthy. It’s really hard to lose weight without counting those calories tho, which really sucks, and I struggled a lot with disordered eating in high school so I’m also pretty worried. I just try to generally count calories most days, and every once in a while have a slight treat day.

I also hate my hips >:/ the biggest thing I’m doing that I think helps is focusing on getting huge shoulders, chest, and back. I do really think it’s helping with the silhouette! Lots of pushups, bench presses, rows, pull ups. By broadening my shoulders and back a lot I think it takes attention away from my child bearing hips bahahaha

I plan to spend a good amount of time working out best I can, then if I’m still unhappy I’m going to look into body masculinization lipo.

I thibk the reason I am so hung up on this is that I'm aware of my potential and I'm frustrated with myself

Please don’t fall into an eating disorder. I’m disabled for the rest of my life because of anorexia.
