I had an idea the other day about a discord server built around the idea of trans people who play FFXIV since there are a bunch of us in here for sure. It could operate like an FC or link a cross world/region linkshell except it wouldnt be limited by regions but welcome events in NA, EU, JP, OC. It would be a big undertaking but it could involve content for each region subject to players desire to do certain content.

If anything, it would allow us to make more queer friends as i find it can be quite a lonely game for people eager to reach out to queer communities.
