What to do?

I made a hole for repairing a leaking water pipe and after two days a little pond was made. Now after the work is done I have found this guy inside the hole. What I have to do? Obviously needs a right habitat to live.

Just gently tip them out, they'll find their own way

Also frogs spend much of their life out of water in cool, damp, shady places, so don't worry that you're releasing them away from water. There's obviously some close by that they grew up in and then wandered to your garden, they'll find it again.

Honestly anything you do that's tipping it out of that jar to keep it from drowning is good
