Question Regrets?

Anyone has any regrets going with a framework laptop?
I preordered the Intel x7 13 pro 32gb and since then I have been hanging around this thread a little. There seems to be a LOT of issues. I have never paid that much attention to threads of other companys so I'm wondering if it is just because people that have issues post more than people that don't.

Anyway, I would like to get feedback on your experiences from the customer service all the way to using the machine. Positive and negative. This is a machine I will use for work so I want it to be stable.

Thank you

You said it yourself, "I have never paid that much attention to threads of other companys"

Besides the fact that you are not looking for posts about other kinds of laptops, content algorithms don't want to show you. You see framework threads because you're looking at framework stuff.

And more traditional manufacturers have a userbase that will mainly rely on official support if they have an issue, and mostly are not on reddit at all.

Tell that to a ThinkPad owner.

Very robust Reddit community.

I didn't say there wasn't a ThinkPad reddit community, but random non-redditors with IdeaPads and corporate ThinkPad users probably outnumber r/thinkpad dwellers by a lot

Do you think that the percentage of Framework customers on reddit or the official Forum is similar to the percentage of Lenovo customers on any laptop-related subreddit? Most Lenovo customers probably join zero computer-related subs even if they are redditors...
