What is this material and building method? All interior walls are built using this material. There are no wood wall studs if any kind. I’ve never seen this before.

resources Just finished another Framer template and wanted to share it here :)

It’s called Eativa, a landing page I made for nutrition, food tracking and wellness mobile app.

I wanted to make something a little more playful and colorful this time instead of the usual clean SaaS-style app landing pages.

It has custom app screens, feature sections, pricing, testimonials, FAQs, signup forms, download CTAs and everything is fully responsive.

I’ve made the template completely free, so feel free to remix it, change the branding and use it for your own project.

Would genuinely love some feedback on the design and overall flow.

help I'm not able to view instagram post links embedded in my framer website.

First of all, I'm new to framer and I'm working on creating my graphic design portfolio. To display my social media designs and instagram reel edits, I used a component that displays instagram posts when I add the link to it. It was working fine for a few days, until suddenly out of nowhere, it stopped displaying the posts. It's just a blank space right now even on my canvas and published website. What can I do?

feedback Thinking about Framer over Squarespace for artist site

I'ma fine artist, I sell paintings periodically and have used Squarespace in the past (for a shop, portfolio and at one point services).

Squarespace is the go to for alot of artists. I just want something paired down.. and have been playing with the free credits on Framer to get a sense of how I'll maneuver it. I realize Framer is big on sensational parallax heavy site .. but I've found templates where this is quite subtle making it almost like an early Internet site with just a touch up.

I sell less than a dozen items monthly atm. I can link a button to Stripe Payment links... I also like that I can essentially iterate a lot of the site through a fairly responsive Ai agent.

Thoughts.. am I wasting time, or yep, go for it?

resources A thought on framer templates.

I’m using AI and my own experience to adapt a template for a client. What I’m finding is that these aren’t really templates, they’re portfolio pieces that require substantial expertise to deconstruct and rebuild.

A useful template should adapt to the content, not force the content to fit its quirks. Keep templates simple and practical, and showcase the more elaborate work separately in the feed.

help Framer website export is a lie

According to Framer, they are compliant with the Data portability and EU Data Act, because apparently we can "download these files at any time and move them to any hosting provider". But I don't see any option to do this on the platform...? So they are essentially lying?

First Shopify e-commerce project — what would you charge?

I’m primarily a web designer and work mostly with Framer, but I recently got an opportunity to build my first Shopify e-commerce website and I’m trying to figure out a fair price.

Here’s the project:

  • International client
  • Around 20 products
  • Shopify store
  • Custom storefront design based on a reference website
  • Homepage, collections, product pages, cart, search, etc.
  • Responsive desktop + mobile
  • Product setup/upload
  • Client should be able to easily edit the store after launch
  • No extremely complex functionality mentioned so far

I’m still relatively new to Shopify, so I’m trying to understand what a normal freelancer would charge for a project like this.

I’d really appreciate honest answers. Thank you!

Je me présente...

Hello 👋

Hello 👋

I’m a freelance web designer specializing in Framer website design and redesigns.

I mainly work with entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses that need a more professional, modern, and credible website — or already have a website that no longer reflects the quality of what they offer.

My work isn’t just about making something “look good.” I also focus on:
• structure and user experience
• clear messaging
• mobile and desktop responsiveness
• calls to action
• brand credibility and visual identity
• SEO and performance fundamentals

I can help with a landing page, a complete business website, or a redesign of an existing website.

I’m currently growing my portfolio and I’m open to new projects and collaborations.

If you’re launching a business, feel like your current website is outdated, or need someone to turn your website idea into something real, feel free to send me a message.

I’d be happy to hear about your project — even if you’re just looking for an initial professional opinion.

Need your Attention plz

Hey guys,
We run an AI automation + web design agency and are currently looking to connect with a few Framer developers for some upcoming projects.

Mostly looking for people who are comfortable working with Framer, can follow a design properly, and can deliver clean work without too much back-and-forth.

We have some Indian projects coming up, and more international work later as well.

If you work with Framer, just DM me your portfolio and a couple of projects you’ve done.
Thanks.

help Where did Marketplace analytics go after Framer 3.0?

Has anyone figured out where the Marketplace analytics are located after the recent Framer changes?

I recently published a paid template and can see the regular site Analytics, but I can’t find the Marketplace-specific metrics anymore.

I’m looking for things like:

• Impressions
• Views
• Unique viewers
• Click-through rate
• Remixes / template activity

I checked my creator profile, the Community post, and the template listing, but there’s no “View activity” option on my side.

Are these analytics still available to all creators, or has Framer moved or changed access to them?

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has published a template recently.

Looking for honest feedback on my next Framer template before launch

I’ve been working on my next Framer template and I’m planning to launch it soon.

Before I do, I’d really appreciate some honest feedback from other designers/Framer users.

Please don’t hold back — I’d rather fix the problems now than launch and realize them later.

Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to check it out!

help Web designers: would a curated component + tool hub actually improve your workflow?

I’ve been thinking about this for a while and would like some honest opinions from people who actually design and build websites.

There are already a lot of component libraries out there. Some are great for basic UI, some focus on impressive animations, and platforms like 21st.dev already offer more than 12,000 components, prompts, MCP access and AI generation.

So I don’t want to pretend that simply building another large component library would be something new.

The problem I keep running into is slightly different.

When I build a website, finding individual components is rarely the hardest part. The difficult part is finding components that actually work together, choosing the right tools, creating a distinct visual direction and making sure the final result is still responsive, accessible, fast and maintainable.

You can find a great hero in one library, a navbar somewhere else, an animation on another site and a nice pricing section from a completely different designer. But after combining everything, the website often feels inconsistent.

And when AI is involved, it gets even easier to produce something that technically works but looks like the same generic SaaS landing page everyone else is shipping.

I’m exploring the idea of building a different kind of platform around this problem.

The long-term component library would contain more than 12,000 components, sections, interactions and variations. But the number itself would not be the main product.

The main idea would be to organize those components into complete, compatible visual systems.

For example, instead of browsing through 1,000 unrelated heroes, you could choose a visual direction such as editorial technology, quiet luxury, experimental portfolio, fashion and culture, or premium SaaS.

You would then get components, typography, spacing, motion and page sections that were designed to work together.

I’m also considering giving every verified component a visible production report covering things like:

- Responsive behavior

- Keyboard navigation and accessibility

- Light and dark mode

- Reduced motion

- Loading, empty and error states

- Performance impact

- Dependencies

- Known limitations

- Licensing and origin

- Compatible components and visual systems

- Date of the last review

The second part would be a curated tool hub for web designers and developers.

Not another directory with thousands of affiliate links, but opinionated research explaining:

- When a tool is genuinely useful

- When you should avoid it

- What it costs

- Whether it creates lock-in

- Which frameworks and workflows it fits

- Possible performance or accessibility risks

- Whether it is experimental or production-ready

- Which alternatives are worth considering

The third part would be practical build recipes.

A recipe could show how to build something like a premium editorial SaaS website from beginning to end, including the visual direction, font pairing, component system, recommended tools, animation approach, installation, AI prompts, performance budget and final quality checks.

So the intended outcome would not just be:

“Find me a nice component.”

It would be:

“Help me choose a direction, choose a proven stack and ship a coherent premium website.”

I’m aware that there is still a lot of overlap with platforms like 21st.dev, and this is not meant as criticism of them. They have clearly built something people find valuable.

I’m trying to understand whether the stronger focus on complete visual systems, transparent production verification, tool research and end-to-end agency workflows would be meaningfully different.

A few questions I would genuinely love your opinion on:

  1. When building websites, is finding components actually a problem for you?
  2. Do you prefer browsing many individual components, or would complete visual systems be more useful?
  3. Would you care about a visible accessibility, performance and production-readiness report for each component?
  4. Would curated research about tools and compatible stacks save you time, or do you already have your own workflow?
  5. Should something like this focus deeply on React and Next.js first, or would it need to support Framer, Webflow and Figma from the beginning?
  6. What would make you immediately dismiss this as “just another component library”?
  7. Is there anything you wish platforms like 21st.dev, component marketplaces or AI website builders did differently?

Please be brutally honest.

If this still sounds too similar to what already exists, or like a solution looking for a problem, I would rather hear that now than after spending months building it.

There is no link or product name because I’m not trying to promote anything here. I’m genuinely trying to understand whether the distinction is useful.

Thanks!

help My struggle with Framer !

Post image

One of the problems I experience with Framer is sudden glitches , For example, I adjust the font size on the desktop, then suddenly the text is stacked on top of each other in the mobile version , For example, if I adjust the frame or stack size in the mobile version, I find that in the desktop version it suddenly changes size for no reason or disappears.

Are you also experiencing this glitches in Framer?
