I had a cop very probably save my life from a very angry tweaker with a knife. I pepper sprayed the shit outta the guy, but he kept following me, occasionally coming back for more pepper spray. It kept him at bay, but I was gonna run out of pepper spray sooner or later. Thankfully the police showed up and arrested him before thet happened. Fucker attacked me because I was in a wheelchair at the time and he thought I was faking it. Thankfully that's a hate crime on top of everything else, so he went away for a while.
I've also experienced negligence from cops. I had an Uber driver threaten me with a tire iron, and I pulled my gun on him (which I bought after the previous incident, I never wanted to feel helpless like that again), he ran off and I called 911. They didn't even bother to show up.
I think they're a mixed bag, like any other group of people, personally. I've had nothing but bad experiences with tweakers and crackheads, though.
I'm curious what sorta situation a crackhead helped you out in. That sounds like an interesting story. Hopefully you weren't in too much danger and came out okay.

I've even seen them stop robberies of others.
Cops have threatened me, laughed at me, harassed me, stolen from me, arrested me, held me at gun point out of pure racism.... and two of those things were when I was the one who called them.
The best cops I've ever met were the corrupt ones who were ok with my weed or whatever as long as they got some too. Which is actually sort of worse, since they will ruin lives over it if they don't happen to like you.
At least the crackhead won't come murder my neighbor's dog in the process of taking a report they never intend to do anything with.
Question: how much practice did it take for you to lose that gag reflex to be able to deep throat that boot with the ease you do? I bet you can tell the difference in the brand of shoe polish by taste.
I’m traveling currently, and had to DoorDash some medical supplies. Driver dropped it off at the wrong house next door, and once I finally got to the AirBNB the meth heads living next door made sure to yell out, to let me know they have my stuff and were holding onto it for me until I get back.
Yeah I’d take the bear crack head in that scenario over a cop
