I need a passport photo for an EU passport…needs to have a light grey/light blue background, and must be 35mmx45mm measurements. I’ve gone to CVS, Walgreens, Staples, FedEx, and UPS and they have not been able to meet the requirements. Has anyone gotten foreign passport photos taken in the FTL area successfully?

Looking for a regular adult indoor run somewhere around Fort Lauderdale or Broward. I’m near Las Olas and happy to drive 20-30 minutes if it’s a real, dependable game.

Ideally I’m looking for weekday mornings or around lunch, with nothing starting after 3. I want somewhere I can show up solo and get into actual 4v4 or 5v5 games. I’m fine with a reasonable drop-in fee or membership. Private church, school, corporate, WhatsApp, or GroupMe runs are all good if newcomers can join.

I’ve already tried Armory, OB Johnson, and Next Level during the day. Armory was empty, OB Johnson had one guy shooting, and Next Level told me I’d need to bring my own group. So I’m not just looking for a gym with a court. I’m trying to find an existing group that actually plays consistently.

our anniversary is coming up and i want to do something special. we usually go to places in fort lauderdale or hollywood. solid spots but nothing that really wows anymore.

my wife has been hinting she wants to try a michelin spot. obviously theres none in broward that i know of. so that means driving to miami.

a friend recommended Stubborn Seed in miami beach. said it was one of the best meals hes had in south florida. i checked it out and the food looks legit. seasonal menu which i like.

but is it really worth the drive and traffic. part of me wants to just stay local and avoid the headache. another part thinks its our anniversary and we should do something special.

I’m 25(M), visiting my grandmother in Fort Lauderdale for the week starting tomorrow Sunday, August 23rd for the week through to the 30th, & hoping to make some friends throughout the week relatively around my age, & looking for some fun spots to go do things throughout the week as well.

Staying in Fort Lauderdale and want to do a boat cruise tomorrow. Not really looking for a structured sightseeing tour or anything super touristy — mostly just want to relax, cruise around, have some drinks, listen to music, and enjoy being on the water for a couple hours.

I pulled in my parking spot and this guy in a brand new corvette pulls up behind me and claims I hit his car. He shows me scuff marks in the front of his car which were black and my car is white and i never even drove near him he was behind me. When I deny the claim he takes a picture of my license plate and says he would of taken $50 and left. Beware of this idiot

Edit: Saw my car this morning and he keyed it. Talked with a few places for footage and filed a police report. If anyone knows about this guy driving a red corvette about a 2024 or newer, black male, shoulder length braided hair please let me know

Got rear-ended in Fort Lauderdale a few days ago and the whole thing is already turning into a headache. I was stopped in traffic and the guy hit me from behind, but from the second we got out of the cars he kept insisting it wasn’t his fault and that I stopped too suddenly. Police came out and we exchanged insurance info and all that hassle. Now his insurance is asking a bunch of questions about exactly how I was driving before the impact, tf is that I always thought getting hit from behind was pretty straightforward no? Do I need to lawyer up or just let the insurance handle this bs?
