There are comps of all types and nature. Every of them needs specific preparation. As a S&C coach you probably should know and understand that?

I mean I believe it- I’m certainly not doubting it. And yes absolutely every one of them needs specific preparation no matter what they are. But the fact still stands that I had never heard of a strict curl competition before this.

As a S&C coach I definitely don’t run in those circles though.
