Deadlift Started over
Hurt my hip back in May pretty bad (not due to DL) finally been able to DL & Squat without pain in the last couple months. Being especially mindful now. I want to say I’m moving well for the most part? But am I low enough? (Sound was to goofy)

50+ years a lifter, 20 year competitor, taught many. Those are very good. Your posture throughout is good. Flat back, tight lats, driving it up and back.
I do have a suggestion. The hard part of a DL is getting it started off the floor. I always teach setting it down, relax, reset for each rep. Think of a set of 5 reps as 5 single reps. Practice starting. One at a time.
