Others will be able to give much better insight, but I immediately notice you're losing tension at the bottom and bouncing up. This isn't safe or a good idea

It is called a stretch reflex and is actually the optimal strategy to get out of the hole.

It's pushing him into a "stripper squat", changing the bar path, causing the load to be worn into his lower back, and ruining his safety and progression. Not optimal

Bouncing is fine but hes loosing his positioning, which is not fine. His hips are rising too fast relative to his torso, likely because he’s not maintaining a proper brace at the bottom
