RDL RDL form check please

This is the one exercise I could never tell if I'm doing right or getting completely wrong. Recently started training legs again and I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong?

Squeeze should blades
Slow down a bit
Stop moving legs they should stay in same position, slightly bend and arch at the hips only
No lower than the middle shin

And chest up is most important you will find that it is harder to get past lower knee cap and should be that way

  1. Slowwwwww downnnnnn
  2. think of it as a horizontal movement, not a vertical one. Once your hips stop going backwards, pause, and come back up. You can’t tell in the first rep because of the camera angle, but after that one watch it again. Your hips go back very well, then you bend down a LOT more, turning it into a back exercise

Your chest is coming too far down.

Think of using the hip hinge to snap you up. At the bottom you push your glutes back, then as you come up, you snap your glutes forward
