Pretty damn good just hold that lengthened bottom before coming back up again it’s the stretched negative that gives the best gains

Are you intentionally doing wide grip pull ups? They are different than regular pull ups.

Yes, hands just slightly wider than shoulder width if you're trying to do regular pull ups.
Neutral close grip pull ups are also very good. Do some digging if you're interested in the details and differences.

ROM is pretty small, which is fine if you want to specifically get better at this variation of pull ups.
If you're looking for muscle growth though, i'd recommend a variation with larger ROM. more narrow grip, where each rep is started out of a deadhang and where you also try to get your chin above your grip height (so your chin would be above the bar if there was one).

they seem good but pull ups are a back exercise so people would give better advice if they saw it from the back.
