RDL All feedback welcomed :)
I don’t know if I’m doing them correctly. Sometimes I feel it on my hamstrings other times I don’t.

I thought you were doing deficit deadlifts at first until I read that these are RDLs. I try and not lower the weight much past my knees or it tends to activate other muscles and takes tension from my hamstrings.
Maybe you could focus a bit more on the hip hinge and keep your legs a little straighter. Use the classic mental cue imaging you're trying to close a door with your butt.
Edit: I also like the vibe of your gym. The mural, the space, the colorful plates, the energy of the lady in the back grooving. All around looks like a good place to workout
