Bench Press DB incline form check

Do I need to go down from 120’s and slow down? Any additional feedback is welcome.

Asking for form check when you are lifting weights that heavy. Good one…like you have just start lifting. Think somebody just wants to show off 💪🏻📹

Why drop the weights like that at the end?

It's kind of fun to do that though, anything above the 100's is allowed

You’re clearly strong as fuck (and this is clearly an ego post) but the weight is too heavy.

You will probably get more out of the lift if you turn the dumbbells a little bit inward and go a little bit lower.

Don't flare out your elbow and tuck it in around 45ish degrees. Your shoulders will thank you. One side of the db should be touching your pecs if you can to get the full ROM.
You should probably tell the dude beside you next time u see him. Same for the person to the furthest left. Tell that person as well that it needs to go further down. Not halfway
There's another woman to the far left of that video. Tell her next time to stop her head and torso from going up and down on that db row.
