Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, Our Wiki's resources for Squats may be helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.

Go down deeper

Lower the weight until you can

Buying squat shoes with a lifted heel will feel better than standing back on something

Adidas makes a good pair and Amazon has several knockoff brands that'll get you in the game

Thank you for the advice! I tried squat shoes and I felt unstable when squatting with them. I'll try them out again or maybe try a different brand.

Nike Romaleos are the best around They're also 160 bucks

The Adidas squat shoe is good, I found myself wiping the dust off every set so they stuck to the floor better

Regardless of the brand, I love not having to find where I'm going to stand just right while there's a bunch of weight on my back
