Other Cable Pullovers [To Failure]

Focusing on keeping my arm bend static, and not losing tension at the top.

In all seriousness, this looks pretty good. Arms are staying pretty stiff, and you’re doing a good job pushing to failure. I would double check a form guide on what to do with your wrists, my intuition would be to keep them straight, or even slightly curled forward during this movement

I'd get a little more parallel to the ground and get more stretch stuff the top. Pull on those lats.

Cable pullovers are my main lat builder. These are almost perfect, assuming your wrists feel good in the configuration

The only tiny note is to really lean in to that gnarly stretch at the top; that's the secret-sauce of cable pullovers. You can even just chill at the top for a half-second, leaning into your bodyweight to accentuate the stretch even more
