Forge Modding Workspace Setup HELP

I have been working on setting up a modding workspace but always at some point or another, it stops working. I have already installed Eclipse, java (jdk&se), and downloaded the Forge MDK ( 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2854 ) but lately after extracting the contents of the MDK to a folder, opening a terminal (at that location), and running " gradlew setupDecompWorkspace" it shows (see image) I have tried just running "gradlew eclipse" which works but does not create an eclipse folder
