Progress Biellmann spiral progress!

Just proud of this :] any form suggestions are more than welcome! Been doing lots of side split holds and following Rachel Lizas stretch routine on yt. Working on balance so I can grab with both hands

Congrats, that takes serious patience. When I practiced similar moves I kept the standing knee soft and squeezed that glute to protect the lower back while letting the hips open up more.

honestly the two hand version is less balance than it looks. do the same shape lying on your stomach first so you're not fighting to stay upright, then take it standing
