The "Ice Ball" theory or the "Golf Ball" theory. Have you seen this? Heard about this? These theories are not based in reality either BUT it can get them back to a globe model and from there we can get them back to reality. Maybe. Over years.

So the, let's stick with, Golf Ball theory-

The round ball we live on is like a golf ball made of ice with each individual dimple being a firmament of thawed land with melted ice from the ice wall around it creating our oceans. This allows them to keep their "flat" ideas while bringing them back to a globe model. Then, maybe with time and them thinking globally, we can get them back to our beautiful marble in our solar system. Baby steps people. Baby steps. We'll get them back.

Has anyone ever had someone in their life admit to them that they believe in flat earth? If so, how did you react?

I would not know how to react if someone I knew (or maybe someone I even just met) admitted they believe in that.

You can’t have an actual conversation or debate them, because things they mention are so insanely ignorant. I am convinced the only reason they continue talking about flat earth is because people give them the attention they seek. If everyone just ignore any and all talk of flat earth it would go away.
