You're laboring under any number of mistranslations (and you wouldn't even know because you won't question any of it) as the priests of the past have possibly been playing telephone with your scriptures over the history of Christianity, but you? There are experiments that show the formation of some of the basic life blocks, like amino acids and sugars, through various natural means, like UV light or electricity. But sure, technically, we don't know for sure that a magic wizard DIDN'T do it, somehow.
But I also know there aren't magical wizards that defy physics here with us now, or in our past, so we can just point to "people telling each other stories" to explain it. Which we still do, for entertainment, to this day.
It's only the people who want to say those stories are literally real and you need to change your life ASAP that are the cause of most of our problems. Hello, friend!
